Frequently Answered Questions

Everything you need to know before you study with Campbell’s. If your question is not answered here, talk to us.

1. Choosing your course

Who are the tutors?

Every Campbell’s tutor is a practising governance professional, and
many studied with Campbell’s themselves. The tutors for each module are named on the relevant course page.

The Institute permits up to two examinations per sitting. Most students sit one at a time, particularly while working full time. We recommend the same.

I live overseas. Can I still study with Campbell's?

Yes. Campbell’s students sit examinations in more than fifty countries.
Your study notes and recorded lectures are online. Your tutor is
reachable by email and telephone. And the Campbell’s community
connects you with students worldwide, so studying at a distance never
means studying alone.

Campbell’s College is now part of the Beyond Governance group. The teaching ethos is the same. The standards are the same. Many of the tutors are the same. If you studied with Campbell’s before, you will recognise the college you return to.

2. What is includes

What extra support do Part Two modules get?

Every Campbell’s tutor is a practising governance professional, and
Part Two examinations centre on a published case study. For these
modules we also provide a tutor diagnosis of the case study, and
guidance on the topics to be ready to answer on, so your revision is
focused on what is most likely to come up.

Do I need to buy any textbooks?

Only the Institute Study Text for your module. Our course notes are written to be used alongside it. Everything else you need, we provide.
